How are your caregivers selected?
Our caregivers are screened thoroughly. They undergo background checks, reference checks, and interviews. We make sure that they have the right qualifications applicable to the duties they will perform in a client’s home before employment and deployment.
How do I engage your services?
The first step will always be to have a clinical assessment scheduled for proper identification of the patient’s distinct home health needs. The results of the clinical assessment will largely contribute to the creation of a customized care plan to address a client’s identified needs. Our care team will then follow the care plan to provide necessary assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
Inspired Home Healthcare accepts Medicare and Medicaid. We also accept commercial insurance plans. For those with no insurance, you may use private pay arrangements.
Can I ask for assistance at any time I need?
Absolutely. This is what we are here for. We understand that certain needs cannot be timed nor scheduled. Our staff is available 24/7 to render the assistance you seek.
